AutomatonEngine (Æ) has received strategic startup funding and support from the NRW Startup Transfer Program (https://www.efre.nrw/en). As a spin-off of Forschungszentrum Jülich, Æ is pioneering the development of a next-generation compute architecture tailored to artificial intelligence applications, delivering over 50x performance efficiency, and over 2000x in PPA benefits.
The funding will accelerate the development and deployment of Æ's energy-efficient hardware in next-generation robotic assistance systems and autonomous mobility platforms.
2022
AutomatonEngine (Æ) announces that it has been selected by SPRIND – the Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation as part of its national initiative to accelerate breakthrough technologies. Established by the German Federal Government, SPRIND supports radical, high-impact innovations with the potential to transform entire industries.
This recognition places AutomatonEngine among a select group of deep-tech ventures chosen for their scientific excellence and the capacity to deliver disruptive technological advances.
